Santi was fantastic! Very professional and help me through the entire process. It is stressful trying to find a photographer from overseas and proposing at location you never seen before. But Santi provided all the pictures. Picked a fantastic spot, and helped with providing guidance for what colour clothing is best suited for the pictures. Where to stand as well. We hired him for a surprise proposal shoot across Nice and Monaco, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Planning a surprise proposal can be nerve-wracking, but he was incredibly helpful from start to finish and easily adapted to all our needs on the day. He was extremely professional and even arrived before our scheduled time to make sure everything was perfectly set up. To top it all off, he sent us our beautifully edited photos just a day or two after the shoot, which is incredibly fast! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and well worth the money. If you are looking for a photographer in the French Riviera, book him!

On a eu une superbe expérience avec Santi pour nos fiançailles! Je l’ai trouvé seulement 3-4 semaines avant ma demande, et dès le début, il a été incroyable. On s’est écrit des dizaines de fois pour trouver l’endroit parfait pour ma demande, et c’est vraiment grâce à lui qu’on a trouvé le lieu idéal.
Je pensais au départ qu’il allait simplement prendre quelques photos du moment de la demande, mais il a vraiment dépassé mes attentes. Il a pris des centaines de magnifiques photos de nous autour du lieu, en plus de capturer plusieurs vidéos.

My wife and I decided to do a photoshoot so that we could get some pictures together in the beautiful town of Nice- we are so happy that we decided to book this with him! Èze is all climbs and corners, which is exactly why a surprise works so well here. This is how I plan around the steps, the closing times and the celebration.
The garden sits on the site of the medieval fortress, 429 m above the sea, and on clear days the view reaches the Esterel and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It carries the "Jardin remarquable" label, and a newer Zen area with a waterfall is a quieter corner.
The lanes are free and open at any hour, which makes them my answer when the garden is closed. Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, built between 1764 and 1778, gives a beautiful ochre backdrop just below the top. Everything is stone steps and slopes, so flat shoes help. I scout an archway in advance and wait there like any other visitor.
For adventurous couples, the Nietzsche path climbs 2.1 km and about 400 m from Èze Bord de Mer station to the village. Allow about an hour. Local tradition says Nietzsche worked on Thus Spoke Zarathustra while walking it in 1883–84. Hiking shoes are advised and so I'd suggest it for the walk up and a taxi or bus back down.
Higher up, in the Grande Corniche park, the fort stands at 696 m. It was built between 1879 and 1885, and there's an orientation table and free parking. On foot from the village it's about three hours there and back, so I treat it as a car-only spot. It's wide open and far from the village bustle.
Les Remparts, the terrace at La Chèvre d'Or, needs a reservation, either at the hotel's restaurant or at the hotel itself, and it is best to confirm with the hotel. The dress code is smart casual, with no swimwear or flip-flops. Fun detail: Walt Disney encouraged turning the château into a hotel in 1956.
