I visit the property, assess the light, and plan the best timing. For properties: I work room by room with professional lighting. For hotels: I coordinate with reception to minimize guest disruption.

A standard apartment (up to 80m²) takes approximately 1.5–2 hours including setup and lighting. Larger properties or villas take 3–4 hours. Hotels are planned property-by-property depending on the number of rooms and amenities.
Both. I use a combination of natural light and professional artificial lighting to ensure every room looks bright, spacious and inviting — regardless of the time of day or window orientation. Dark north-facing rooms are not a problem.
Yes — a clean, decluttered property photographs significantly better. I'll send you a preparation checklist after booking: what to remove, how to arrange cushions and towels, which lights to turn on. Small details make a big difference.
Yes, with advance planning. I can typically do 3–4 standard apartments per day. For agencies with regular volume, I offer multi-property rates and priority scheduling. Contact me to discuss a recurring partnership.
I'm based in Nice and cover the entire Côte d'Azur — Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Monaco, Menton. Travel within this zone is included in all packages. Further locations available on request.
