Rain or bad weather: we move your session at no extra cost to the next available slot we both agree on.
One free reschedule is included with more than 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling because of rain or bad weather is free, to the next available slot we both agree on.
A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid on the day. If you cancel more than 7 days before, your deposit is refunded in full. Between 7 days and 72 hours before, your deposit becomes a credit valid for 12 months. Less than 72 hours before, the deposit is non-refundable. See prices →
You have 15 minutes’ grace. After that, the delay is taken from your session time. If you have not arrived after 30 minutes, this counts as a no-show and the deposit is lost.
If I have to cancel, you can choose a new date or a 100% refund.
I publish photos from your session in my portfolio, on this website and on Instagram only if you agree. You can say so with an optional box when you book, or by replying YES to my confirmation message; not agreeing does not affect your booking. You can withdraw your agreement at any time by WhatsApp or email and I will remove the photos within 7 days. For photos of children, pregnancy or intimate moments, and for the other person in a surprise proposal, I always ask for a specific OK first.
